This activity is divided into two sessions: fire safety knowledge training and emergency practical drill, combining theory with practice to ensure the effectiveness of the training and drill. In the knowledge training session, the person in charge of the company’s safety management, combined with the actual production of the enterprise, explained in detail the fire safety laws and regulations, the company’s fire safety management system, and the key points of fire hazard investigation to all employees. It deeply analyzed the causes of fires, the hazards caused, and the common misunderstandings in emergency response, enabling employees to deeply understand the importance of “hidden dangers are more dangerous than open flames, and prevention is better than disaster relief” and effectively enhance their sense of responsibility for fire safety.
As the drill alarm suddenly rang, the practical evacuation drill officially kicked off. All employees responded quickly and strictly followed the requirements of the company’s fire safety emergency plan, cutting off the power supply around them immediately, covering their mouths and noses with wet towels, and moving forward with bent waists and low postures. Under the command of the person in charge of each department and safety guides, they quickly and orderly transferred to the outdoor safe assembly area along the designated fire escape routes. During the evacuation, the employees did not push, panic or covet property, and the whole process was standardized, orderly, efficient and rapid. In just a few minutes, all personnel were safely evacuated to the designated area. Subsequently, the person in charge of each department quickly counted the number of people and reported the results to the drill commander-in-chief to ensure that all personnel were accounted for without any casualties, successfully completing the evacuation drill task.
In the future, Guanju Company will incorporate fire safety work into normalized management, continue to carry out various forms of fire safety publicity, education and emergency drill activities, constantly innovate the forms of training and drills, enrich the training content, integrate the safety concept into every link of daily work, and implement it in every post and every employee.
