2.It features touch – screen operation. Processing parameters and production details can be quickly edited, enabling rapid production scheduling.
3.The crimping process uses a servo terminal machine equipped with a pressure management system, which allows for real – time monitoring of the crimping process.
4.A high – precision coaxial ring stripping machine is used, and it is equipped with a vision inspection system to control processes such as wire stripping and crimping.
5.Fully automatic Fakra automotive wiring harness machine is equipped with a plasma air gun to clean the center terminals and outer conductors, thereby improving product quality.
6.It adopts a modular, intelligent, and standardized model to ensure the long – term efficient and stable operation of the equipment.
7.With platform – based management, it can achieve fully automatic and unmanned production of various wiring harnesses, including the full range of Fakra and Ethernet wiring harnesses, through module switching.
