Product Introduction
1.Multi-wire Terminal Crimping Machine – Dual Wires Combined Crimping Machine. is a full-automatic device integrating multiple functions, which can conduct combined crimping of two, three or four wires at a time. At the combined crimping end, different terminal crimping or tin dipping functions can be selected according to the program settings.
2.It is equipped with an industrial control computer, and the operation data can be retained for traceability. With multiple detection functions, defective products can be automatically sorted, and there is a fault alarm function that can display problems in real time.
3.With a compact structural design, it incorporates a number of optimized structures, occupying less space and achieving higher operating speed.
4.It adopts a modular design. Each functional module can be freely turned on or off in the program, enabling quick replacement, upgrading and maintenance. For different wire harnesses, it can operate efficiently by replacing components.
