Product Introduction
1.It is a full-automatic device integrating multiple functions. With a linear assembly line workstation design, the processing process is smoother and faster.
2.The automatic heating device automatically heats and shrinks the heat shrinkable tube in place. The functions of laser marking or inkjet printing can be optionally configured.
3.Multiple types of terminals can be switched with one click. A servo terminal crimping machine is adopted, which is stable and reliable. The pressure monitoring is integrated into the industrial control computer, making the operation simple and quick.
4.Equipped with an industrial control computer, multiple values can be set, and the operation data can be retained for traceability. There is a fault alarm function that can display problems in real time, and defective products are automatically sorted.
5.Adopting a modular design, each functional module can be freely turned on or off in the program, enabling quick replacement, upgrading and maintenance. For different wire harnesses, it can operate efficiently by replacing components.
