Product Introduction
1.This is a fully automatic device with an intelligent design that integrates multiple functions. It adopts a multi-wire feeding method, allowing for the arbitrary setting of wire colors and the order of inserting into the housing. The length of each wire can be set individually to process wires of different lengths. It can process multi-layer plastic housings of different specifications and supports customization.
2.Controlled by an industrial computer, the operation data can be retained for traceability. With multiple detection functions, defective products are automatically sorted, there is a fault alarm system, and problems are displayed in real time. It is suitable for plastic housings with multiple pins. Wires of different specifications and colors can be easily selected.
3.With a compact structural design that incorporates multiple optimized structures, it occupies less space and operates at a higher speed.
4.Adopting a modular design, each functional module can be freely turned on or off in the program, enabling rapid replacement, upgrading, and maintenance. For different wire harnesses, it can operate efficiently just by replacing components.
