Product Introduction
1.This is a fully automatic device with an intelligent design that integrates multiple functions. It allows for arbitrary setting of the wire color and the insertion sequence into the housing. The length of each wire can be individually set to process wires of different lengths.
2.crimping and single side housing insertion machine is suitable for various types of wires and multiple kinds of plastic housings, and customization is supported.
3.Equipped with an industrial control computer, the operation data can be retained for traceability. It has multiple detection functions, enabling automatic sorting of defective products, fault alarms, and real-time display of problems.
4.Adopting a modular design, each functional module can be freely turned on or off in the program, enabling quick replacement, upgrading, and maintenance. For different wire harnesses, it can operate efficiently just by replacing the components.
With a compact structural design that incorporates multiple optimized structures, it occupies less space and achieves higher speeds.
